City Pillar Challenge 2009
Five city pillars throughout Melbourne are waiting for entrepreneurial students to bring them to life. Students are encouraged to submit a business plan for the innovative use of a city pillar for the chance to win a cash prize of $1200 and a permit to use one of the pillars for three to 12 months. Winter 2009 sports season now open for applications
Hiring of City of Melbourne sports grounds is based on two different seasons, summer and winter, and on the sports approved for those seasons. Clubs interested in lodging an application for the winter 2009 sports season can do so until 23 January 2009. Visit Sports ground hire for details.
