All merchants providing wedding-related retail, dining & banqueting and other services who meet the requirements stated below are eligible to apply for the QWMS.

• In operation in Hong Kong for three months or longer;
• In possession of a valid HKSAR business registration and all necessary licences and permits required for its business;
• No prior record of complaints in the past 12 months;
• A going-concern operation;
• No event, litigation or legal claim which may materially and adversely affect the operation and the continuation of the business in the view of the QWMS Assessment Committee. Events that have no effect on the merchant? business, operations, finance, ownership, management, or its operation, or its ability to provide quality wedding services or fulfill the terms and conditions of the scheme are exempted.
